Who we are
BREME (ABN 42676274830) is a customer experience consultancy based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through breme.com.au, why, and what you can do about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Information you give us directly through the contact form: your name, organisation, role, email, sector and anything you write in the message fields.
- Basic technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.
- If you accept our cookie banner, anonymised analytics about how the site is used (see our Cookies Policy). No analytics cookie is set unless you accept it.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver an engagement.
- To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it, if you have accepted analytics cookies.
- To meet our own legal and accounting obligations.
How we store it
Contact form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify, and by our email provider. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@breme.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
