BREME Kits Licence
Template last updated 27 October 2026. This is a general template, not legal advice, and it should be reviewed by an Australian solicitor before relying on it.
The short version
Use your kit in your business, change the messages as much as you like, and share it with your team. Don't share it outside your business, resell it, or use it to do work for clients.
What you're buying
When you buy a BREME Kit, you're buying a licence to use it, not the copyright in it. BREME owns the kits. Each purchase gives one business a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that kit, on the terms on this page.
One business means one business with one ABN, including all of its locations and the staff and contractors who work in it.
You can
- Copy the messages into your software and send them to your customers.
- Change, shorten or rewrite them as much as you like. Once a message is going to your customers, you don't need to credit BREME.
- Share the kit with the people who work in your business.
- Print the workbooks and checklists as many times as you need.
You can't
- Share, sell, give away or upload the kit, its files or its contents for anyone outside your business.
- Publish the guide or the messages as your own template, course, product or content.
- Use a kit to deliver work for clients. Agencies, consultants and virtual assistants need one kit for each client business. If you'd like to work with BREME on client work, email us about partner terms.
- Remove BREME's name from the guide files.
The Come Back Bundle gives you each kit in it on the same terms.
No guaranteed results
The kits are general information to help you write and time your own customer messages. How they perform depends on your business, your customers and your software, so we don't promise any particular result.
You're responsible for making sure the messages you send meet the laws and rules that apply to your business, such as the Spam Act, the Privacy Act and, for health practitioners, Ahpra's advertising guidelines. The notes in each kit are general information, not legal advice.
Other software
The kits mention software like Klaviyo, Shopify, Cliniko, Halaxy, Fresha, ServiceM8 and Tradify, so you know where each message goes. BREME isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any of them. Their features, plans and menus change, so check their help centres for the current steps.
If the licence ends
If these terms are broken, the licence ends and the kit can no longer be used.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our refund policy explains what happens if a kit has a problem. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, BREME's liability for a kit is limited to the price you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The terms in place when you bought a kit apply to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
