Who we are
BREME is a customer experience consultancy based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. This statement explains what personal information we collect through breme.com.au, why we collect that information, and how you can contact us about that information. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect and why
When you use the contact form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, organisation, role, email address, sector and whatever you write about what you would like to improve. We use those details only to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation if you choose to have one. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are forwarded to our email. Netlify may process that data outside Australia. Netlify's own privacy notice is available at netlify.com.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies and does not currently run third party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request to Google when the page loads; Google's privacy policy covers that request. If we add analytics in future we will update this statement first.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards for our records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct that information, or ask us to delete that information. Email hello@breme.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
