The problem I kept seeing
in every organisation I worked in.

I have worked in government marketing, on the agency side, inside member organisations, and with RTOs. In every environment, the same pattern appeared. Organisations were investing in visibility — but struggling to understand why clients were not converting, staying, or referring.

The answer was almost never more marketing. It was the experience that sat between the first contact and the ongoing relationship. Nobody was looking at that systematically.

BREME exists to fix that. To bring the same rigour that large organisations apply to strategy into the hands of established service businesses that actually need it.
